As I chug along my merry track (think "I think I can, I think I can"), filling in the scenes in Part 2 of my sequel, I find myself drifting off. And then, I have to physically force myself back in front of the laptop to crank out at least another 100 words. (I don't really count the words, but it's still a good mental goal that takes at least half an hour.)
The good news is that I feel I have more direction and that Jolene (main character) is emerging from her shell bit by bit, as I want her to. :) That is a good feeling. Knowing that the story is moving along.
So, for now, if I worked in my office and had a door hanger, it would read, "Shhh! Mastermind at work!" lol.
