My husband and I like to read aloud to each other right before bed, usually taking turns reading chapters from a book aloud. Last month, we read Grace Lin's Dumpling Days, which made me think of all of my experiences with Taiwan and my childhood and especially fun times with my sister Erin. My husband is forever telling me to write my memories down in little vignettes, so...
It inspired me to create a new blog post series called Stories from My Past. It will be much like my Grammar Lesson Monday or TGIF posts, except it won't be as frequent. I hope you enjoy the little tidbits of my memory.
