Because I'm one of those annoying people who can't help editing as I read, write, or go about my day, I'm going to start posting little grammar lessons. Most of these errors are very common and I hope it will help all of you live life just a little bit smarter...or make you feel a little bit smarter. :)
Grammar Lesson for the day
When referring to people in a sentence, you need to use the word "who" not "that."
Bad Example:
Karen is one of those annoying girls that corrects my English all the time.
Correct Example:
Karen is one of those annoying girls who corrects my English all the time.
I hear this basically everyday. It's even on TV. Sad...
